Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients in our branch and use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet financial needs. In this role you will assist walk-in and scheduled clients, tailor recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs while ensuring compliance and exceptional service in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and anticipate needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
