Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet, scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts, complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and adhering to bank policies.
