Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, open accounts, and educate customers on digital banking tools while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
