Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide hospitality-driven service and build trusted relationships with clients in our branch network. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering thoughtful product knowledge and seamless, technology-enabled banking experiences.

You will greet clients, guide them through account servicing and new account openings, and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and compliant client experience across all channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
