Chase in California is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build trusted relationships, and help customers achieve their financial goals. You will guide clients through opening and servicing accounts, using digital tools, and delivering attentive service in a collaborative branch environment.

You will educate clients on products and processes, participate in daily branch operations, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a positive client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to learn banking products and policies.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby on a tablet, checking clients in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking, including use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge; collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling tools, in compliance with bank procedures.
