Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites applications for an Associate Relationship Banker at a Chase branch in the United States. You will welcome clients, provide thoughtful financial solutions, and guide customers through Chase Mobile App and online platforms to meet their banking needs.

You will collaborate with a team of experts and adhere to regulatory requirements, while supporting clients in person and over the phone. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
