You will lead collaboration with ecosystem partners, manage referrals, and deliver an outstanding client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking under 2M in sales revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow relationships and referrals.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside/outside the branch with COI networks.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition to onboarding and servicing.
• Educate clients on deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing solutions.
• Support branch team by identifying opportunities and following up on referrals.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and escalate as needed.
