This in-office role focuses on acquiring and expanding consumer and small business banking opportunities, delivering a differentiated client experience, and collaborating with a broad ecosystem of partners. The position requires building trusted client relationships, proactive lead generation, and using bank products to meet holistic client needs while adhering to risk and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and small business banking products.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and a referral network.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments inside and outside of branch; deliver differentiated client experience.
• Develop ecosystem partnerships and coordinate referrals with branch and partners.
• Provide tailored financial solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, and payments.
• Engage with clients to educate on technology and self-service options to improve loyalty.
