Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service in our branch network. You will build and retain client relationships, conduct consultative conversations, and refer complex needs to internal specialists.

The role includes occasional teller duties and the opportunity to grow through sales and service excellence. You will need a high school diploma, 2+ years in client sales/service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients & building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and refer to partners for growth.
• Cross trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and assist with navigation within the branch.
