Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide outstanding service both in person and over the phone. The role focuses on developing relationships, offering financial solutions, and collaborating with specialists for complex needs.

Responsibilities include handling teller duties when needed, contributing to sales targets, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide premium client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Refer clients to other partners for additional growth opportunities.
• Support teller duties as needed and maintain risk controls.
• Engage clients with courteous conversation and identify needs during transactions.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets through product recommendations.
• Adhere to policies and keep up with regulatory requirements.
