Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to deliver an industry leading service experience in person and over the phone, developing and expanding client relationships and offering financial solutions based on consultative conversations.

The role may be cross trained to perform teller duties as needed and requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work weekends, travel as needed, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and branch sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales by consulting with clients and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
