Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to offer banking solutions and connect clients with experts.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, meeting with clients in person and by phone, and educating clients on digital tools while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail within risk parameters.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
