Job summary

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for branch hours including weekends. Training and licensing through JPMC will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; licenses required (SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life).
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
