Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in Indianapolis to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using banking solutions and technology to address their financial needs.

You will learn products quickly, collaborate with specialists, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Branch hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) licenses or enroll in JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
