Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related field.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone with tailoring capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance adherence.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Completion of required licenses within 180 days of hire via JPMorganChase program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and educate clients on banking solutions and technology.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
