Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in-branch service and advisory roles. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding clients through banking solutions and digital tools with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires 1+ year in sales, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings; licensing in SIE/Series 6 and Life licenses is required within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone; tailor features and benefits of products to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency in client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements.
• Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com; assist with ATMs and digital banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly; refer clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, risk, and regulatory requirements.
