Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• Work hours include weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust; listen and respond accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
