Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Adhere to risk parameters and regulatory obligations.
• Licensing requirements to be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and meet needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
