JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch to deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting banking relationships. You will leverage modern digital tools and a consultative approach to meet clients’ financial needs and enhance retention.

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Weekend and some evening hours are required along with licensing steps within 180 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail.
• Compliance with risk parameters and regulatory requirements.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses and completion of JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and over the phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect with team experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
