Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Effective issue resolution with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
