Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience minimum.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint at basic/intermediate level.
• Understanding of banking policies, products, and services.
• Sales and customer-service oriented with referral potential.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify service and product needs, using sales leads.
• Recommend banking products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals as directed by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer conversations.
• Maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Handle routine teller transactions and other operational tasks as required.
