Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Makes recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Maintains data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Performs routine teller transactions and related operational tasks per policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with regulatory laws and FNB risk management programs.
