Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch and build lasting client relationships using banking solutions and technology tools. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, delivering thoughtful financial recommendations to meet their needs.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and some evenings, while navigating compliance and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and expanding clients.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with internal/external requirements, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Meet with assigned clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
