JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting client relationships. You will use banking solutions and technology to tailor recommendations, support clients' financial needs, and contribute to branch success.

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
