JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in-branch. You will build and manage client relationships, offer thoughtful financial solutions, and help clients navigate technology tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

The role requires banking sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work branch hours, including weekends. Licensing steps must be completed within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail to resolve client issues.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; licenses required within 180 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
