Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using a broad range of banking solutions and technology.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs, ensuring a high-quality experience while complying with banking regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Explain and promote banking products and technology solutions to clients.
