Chase is looking for a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch and represent our brand with hospitality. You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions that fit their goals.

In this role you’ll guide clients through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM use, while learning products and collaborating with our experts to address complex needs. Branch hours include weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication with clients in person and over the phone.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly.
• Strong focus on risk, compliance, and training requirements.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Unlicensed applicants must pursue required licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, delivering attentive, welcoming service.
• Meet with assigned clients and build lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Promote digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
