Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve clients in a branch environment, using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to enhance service. You will build and manage meaningful client relationships, understand financial needs, and provide thoughtful solutions while meeting regulatory requirements.

This role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and weekend/evening availability. As part of the Consumer Banking team, you will engage with clients, collaborate with experts

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
