Build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor solutions to help clients manage their money more effectively. You will educate clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM usage, while staying compliant with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Strong problem resolution with attention to detail.
• Willing to work weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63), life licenses.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients.
• Educate clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
