Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions to meet client needs.

You will engage clients using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while learning products and partnering with experts to address specialized financial needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registration; 63 if required; Life licenses or pursuing through licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them bank anytime, anywhere.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult clients and connect them with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
