The role requires handling branch hours including weekends, and licenses such as SIE/FINRA. You will educate clients on digital banking tools and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; ask questions and listen.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
