Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch environment to build lasting client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions. You will proactively meet clients, educate them on digital tools, and consult on a range of banking products while upholding regulatory standards.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in financial services, strong communication, and weekend/evening availability; licensing steps must be completed within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
