Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required or through JPM licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with clients to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
