Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a California branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering solutions and guiding clients through banking products and technology.

Responsibilities include delivering welcoming service, meeting clients, and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs. Some weekend/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum SIE and FINRA Series 6 licenses or eligibility.
• State registration (including 63 if required) and life licenses required or pursued.
• Licenses must be obtained through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Consult with clients to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
