Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in California seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and fintech to help clients manage their finances.

You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships, tailor product recommendations to client needs, and work within risk and regulatory requirements, including weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences
• Excellent communication skills on phone and in person
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulations
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses or ability to obtain within 180 days
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients
• Educate clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
• Learn products and services quickly and connect clients to experts
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
