Job summary

JPMorganChase in California is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in the branch, building meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions.

You will acquire and manage clients, educate them on Chase digital tools, and collaborate with a team of specialists to meet their banking needs while complying with all regulatory requirements.

This role requires weekend/evening hours and a focus on exceptional service in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to deliver memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent in-person and phone communication with clients.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are required or must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and offer solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
