Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to provide welcoming, client-focused service using Chase Mobile, Chase.com and ATMs to meet financial needs.

You will build lasting relationships, tailor product recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to address clients’ financial goals while adhering to banking policies and risk controls.

The role requires weekend/evening hours, licensing within 180 days if unlicensed, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses. Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
