You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to tailor solutions, and work with a team of experts to support complex needs.

This role requires strong communication, sales focus, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced branch environment, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to meet risk/compliance obligations and training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration, and life licenses required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and collaborate with experts to address financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
