Job summary

You will educate clients on Chase technology, stay compliant, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs. The role requires weekend/evening hours and a proactive, service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand needs and educate on banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
