Job summary

You will meet clients in-branch and by phone, educate them on products, stay compliant with banking regulations, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs.

This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic retail banking team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone with diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail within risk parameters.
• Must meet regulatory training and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and address clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills
