Job summary

• Commitment to risk, compliance, and required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and propose solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
