Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations (63 if required) are minimum requirements.
• Active or obtaining required licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or by phone.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
