Job summary

JPMorganChase in Texas is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with thoughtful financial solutions.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, promote technology tools, and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs. The role requires weekend/evening hours and licensing prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days if unlicensed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
