Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to identify needs and ask questions to improve the relationship
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products/services
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated and able to multitask
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings
• Meet SAFE Act pre-employment screening and obtain NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Help customers plan for the future, including home purchases and credit cards
• Promote digital and mobile banking solutions
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
