The role collaborates with Sales, Market Access, and HUB partners to implement territory strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement or patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or life sciences preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement or patient access.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and payer coverage.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and financial assistance programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies within policy guidelines.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, authorizations, appeals, and claims.
• Serve as the local reimbursement expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in approved systems.
• Operate in compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
