Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a defined territory, advancing access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The role partners with Sales, Market Access, HUBs, and other stakeholders to execute territory strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies. The navigator educates providers on reimbursement, resolves coverage challenges, and documents interactions in approved systems,

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access and reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and patient access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, reimbursement support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and patient support programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies to facilitate patient access within compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and denied claims.
• Serve as local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and regional leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access and experience.
• Document customer interactions in approved systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
