Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage provider accounts and patient cases across a defined territory, advancing access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The role collaborates with Sales, Market Access, HUB partners, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient patient care and access. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pharma/biotech, 3+ years in reimbursement-related areas, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access and reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and financial assistance programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement issues and develop strategies to facilitate patient access within policy and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and denial management.
• Serve as the local reimbursement and access expert for sales, market access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build relationships with providers, office staff, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access and experience.
