Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage provider accounts and patient cases across a defined region, advancing access and reimbursement for Redemplo®. This role collaborates with Sales, Market Access, and HUB partners to execute territory strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in pharma/biotech with 3+ years in reimbursement or access. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and office staff on reimbursement processes and support services.
• Analyze reimbursement challenges and develop strategies within approved policies.
• Coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacy to support enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as the local reimbursement expert for Sales, Market Access and leadership.
• Develop strategic territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build collaborative relationships with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions.
