Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage healthcare provider accounts and patient cases across a defined territory, advancing patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

You’ll educate providers, resolve coverage challenges, and collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and HUB partners to optimize access and adherence. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech, deep knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum of three years in field reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and support services.
• Analyze complex reimbursement issues and develop strategies to improve access.
• Coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacy to support enrollment and prior authorizations.
• Serve as the local reimbursement expert for Sales and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize access and customer support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Adhere to all policies, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
