Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers, office staff, and partners on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and patient support services.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, denied claims, and reimbursement-related case management.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and internal teams.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in approved systems.
• Operate in compliance with company policies, privacy requirements, and regulations.
